Chris Williams-Lilley is a business improvement consultant with over 20 years’ experience delivering ‘change solutions’ for clients in the public sector, rail/construction industry, and most recently, the Defence sector.

Chris is:

Leadership Champions (UK) Ltd, Managing Director, and Principal Consultant: Chris is responsible for the growth strategy, capability building, and consulting excellence.

He is also TOPP TI’s UK’s PRESTO software development expert in the construction sector: advancing the theory and practice of PRESTO delivery in a professional services context. Chris works with other business leaders in a number of vertical markets to define and evolve TOPP TI’s delivery methodology and associated Lean Six Sigma mentoring programme. He also sits on various Supply chain and Sustainability Panels and regularly speaks at industry conferences about supplier risk, performance, and technical leadership.

With a passion for creating great teams, great results and great software, Chris has delivered client solutions that have transformed safety, quality and profitability. His background in sales, quality, planning, client and team leadership, project management, and implementing agile software has helped to streamline the boring parts of his customers jobs.
