In the past, Sweta has worked as a Strategic Business Partner for SME’s in West Africa and the Middle East. She brings extensive experience in managing the entire gamut of HR & OD, Change Management, Competency Assessment, Enterprise Resource Planning through SAP-HR, Coaching and Mentoring functions

She holds a management degree in Human Resource and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt professional. She is also a certified SAP-HR Functional Consultant from SAP Germany.
