Recently we have had the pleasure to meet and brainstorm with two gentlemen with vast corporate global experiences, seasoned in finance, controlling, IT, business intelligence, marketing and sales and who have decided to drive change their way as co-founders of Controlling Hub, digital transformation companion for large organisations looking for a fresh approach to digital leadership.

Co founder and Managing Director Thomas Nietlispach combines his broad and deep controlling knowledge with interdisciplinary education and professional experience in marketing, pricing and sales. To support his service offering, Thomas brings to the firm over 20 years of controlling experience in the international group environment, at all functional areas and levels; as an analyst, senior controller, head of controlling and most recently globally responsible commercial head at a major international corporation. The successful passes include amongst others the introduction of profitability calculations, global profit center structures with ER, pricing and channel management, business intelligence solutions on SAP HANA and Qlik as a frontend.

Complementing Nietlispach, Marc Tesch skillfully combines his engineering knowledge with his Data Analytics & Architecture Know How and is perfectly suited for digitization projects in controlling. With over 20 years of consulting experience across a variety of BI (Business Intelligence), Big Data and AI (Artificial Intelligence) solutions including Cognos, Oracle, Microsoft, QPR, SAP BW, Business Object, Jedox and Dataiku, Marc Tesch has in-depth knowledge of the management, conception and implementation of data-driven tasks.

With his business and technical background, he succeeds at all times in capturing complex issues and translating them into simple, transparent and efficient controlling solutions. This means that controlling processes are automated efficiently and controllers can concentrate more on their main tasks
